Job summary

Une entreprise de premier plan en Malaisie recherche un agent administratif temporaire pour une mission de 3 mois. Le candidat idéal devra maîtriser les outils de bureautique et faire preuve d'excellentes compétences en communication, tant en Bahasa Malaysia qu'en anglais. Ce poste implique la gestion de documents, la préparation de rapports et le suivi des activités de maintenance dans un environnement dynamique.

Qualifications

Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare PR and RFS requests as instructed by the Engineer or Head of Department.
  • Assist in creating contract, tender, and payment documents for completed maintenance work.
  • Help schedule and monitor maintenance activities for plant equipment at Refining and PPD units.
  • Keep accurate records such as receipts and payment summaries, and update data in the SKB system.
  • Support documentation and reporting tasks, including PV50 program updates, and ensure safety compliance at all times.
  • Perform additional assignments and projects as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent. Higher qualifications (Diploma/Degree) are an added advantage.
  • Temporary position for 3 months.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment or on temporary assignments would be an advantage
