Job summary

Mölnlycke, Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, Malaysia, is seeking a Financial Analyst (Temporary Position) to support the Finance team. The role focuses on management accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field including LCCI certification.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to relate data across reports.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly closing reports including Finished Goods movement reconciliation and cost updates.
Analyze departmental operating expenses (OPEX) and provide breakdowns on request.
Prepare monthly Government Statistical Reports and ad-hoc statistical reports (MM47, GRE, RC).
Prepare monthly Customs reports and ad-hoc requests.
Assist in quarterly/yearly forecasts, stock takes, and reconciliations.
Assist in yearly Business Plan and Budget updates.
Update standard costs and transfer pricing for new part numbers.
Update DPNR & NR latex receiving month-end valuation.
Assist in uploading e-invoices to LHDN.
Collaborate with IT to improve the management accounting system.
Perform other duties as assigned by Finance Manager and Management Accountant.
