A financial services firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced accountant to assist with invoicing, bank reconciliation, and reporting duties. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field and is knowledgeable in accounting practices and regulations. This role involves assisting with various financial processes and tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business management preferred.
- Experienced in accounting functions.
- Familiar with accounting standards, business law, tax regulation, and system.
Responsibilities
- Generate invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Assist to prepare bank reconciliation.
- Assist with preparation of reports for collection process.
- Assist with payment process.
- Assist with month-end closing activities.

Responsibilities

- Upload EFT for bank transfer
- Update AP log
