Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Contact and follow up on any inconsistencies
  2. Perform more than 30 successful business calls per day for each telesales team member
  3. Reset passwords for dealers who have forgotten their login
  4. Furnish daily report on closed won/lost by territory and accounts
  5. Build, revive and manage customer accounts
  6. Work actively towards monthly car sales/listings targets
  7. Gather & analyse market intelligence from areas assigned
  8. Build and maintain excellent relationships with dealers
  9. Understand customers’ needs
  10. Monitor and manage teams effectively
  11. Liaise with internal departments to ensure listings quality is achieved
  12. Participate fully in the team, which includes taking part in weekly meetings and providing feedback and ideas to the team lead/manager to help grow the business
  13. Collaborate with the Management and undertake any other duties or projects that may be reasonably required by the manager, dealing with matters arising in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

  1. Possess a minimum school certificate (SPM or equivalent)
  2. Relevant work experience in outdoor sales (circa 2+ years)
  3. Excellent product knowledge
  4. Proficiency in relevant computer applications (MS Office)
  5. Required language(s): Chinese, Malay, and English
  6. Must be able to speak at least one Chinese dialect fluently
  7. Excellent telephone skills and courteous
  8. Good time management
