Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: Up to RM5,000 (Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses)

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and use social media to welcome new customers and encourage them to buy our products.
Find new potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media to help increase sales.
Keep up with market trends and competitors, and adjust your sales approach to meet monthly targets.
Get feedback from customers to understand their experience, and record useful points to improve future sales strategies.
Handle rejections politely and always try a different way to engage the customer, even in tough situations.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification or above.
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Prior experience in Sales, Telesales, Customer Support, or Account Management is an advantage.
Proficient with basic computer tools such as G Suite and Microsoft Office.
Strong in communication, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
