Qualifications

  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage for liaison.
  • Achieve a minimum of 15% conversion rate and 8 sales per month.
  • Experience in B2C sales or domestic helper agencies is a plus.

Job Descriptions:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, social media, and webmail.
  • Persuasively promote and sell our services to prospective customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive follow-up and customer engagement.
  • Provide accurate information to address customer queries.
  • Assess customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, offer resolutions, and maintain interaction records.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in the company database and communication channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and overseas counterparts for scheduling and support.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Ensure all work is completed on time and to quality standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Achieve at least 15% conversion rate and 8 sales per month.
  • Experience in domestic helper agencies or B2C sales is an advantage.
  • Willing to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend per week.
  • Willing to attend 2-week training at Johor Bahru; fully WFH after training.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Immediate or short notice availability is preferred.
