We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Telesales Agent to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls or cold calls in order to sell products.
• Receive inbound calls from clients / prospective clients that are interested.
• Uphold the quality of the sales by providing the clients with all the relevant and adequate information.
• Upsell clients to larger products and more extensive packages.
• Maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with those clients by making subsequent sales pitches.
• Gather information by enquiring effectively and listening attentively.
• Build an instant rapport through effective communication.
• Assist Sales Relationship Managers with arranging appointments / meetings with clients when necessary.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in Telesales / Telemarketing.
• Passion to meet sales targets and hunger for sales.
• Have a strong desire to earn a good income.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills to deal with customers.
• Ideally, you should be a good communicator who can be persuasive with customers.
• Ability to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English as this candidate will be engaging with clients.
• Able to converse in Mandarin would be a plus.
• Possess minimum education level in SPM and above.
