Job description

• To be responsible for smooth handling of incoming and outgoing calls
• To answer all in-coming and out-going calls in a professional manner and to practice Standard Answering Phrase
• To assist patient, make appointment through Arcus (hospital information system)
• Handle irate callers professionally and courteously by helping them to resolve their issue or redirecting the calls to correct person or department
• Any other adhoc jobs may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirement:

• Possess at least SPM certification
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Telecommunication background is an added advantage
• Good command in English
• Able to work 6 days a week including weekends/PH
• MUST Willing to work on shift schedule basis (3-shifts) / Public Holidays / Weekends
