What would you be doing:

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers from our existing database (Malay-speaking market).
  • Cold-call potential customers and clearly explain our products and services.
  • Promote and upsell company offerings, including current promotions and deals.
  • Follow structured sales scripts to communicate key product features and benefits accurately.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets.
  • Build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Handle objections and manage challenging calls professionally.
  • Use persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into customers.
  • Share insights and suggest creative ways to grow customer reach and engagement.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound sales calls.
  • Fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Comfortable making high volumes of sales calls daily.
  • Strong computer skills, with access to a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality communication.
  • Creative mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
