Job Description

Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8.00pm to 5.00am

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor (NO public transport nearby)

Working Arrangement: Fully on-site

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate interest in our products and services.
• Contact potential customers to inform them about our offerings.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge.
• Manage and qualify sales leads.
• Build customer relationships and nurture leads.
• Provide sales reports and analysis.
• Maintain accurate customer data.
• Support other team members as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is a MUST.
• Diploma and above.
• Minimum of 2yearsof experiences in telemarketing or customer service related positions.
• Experienced in inbound & outbound calls, and telesales.
• Experienced in working in night shift schedule.
• SAP knowledge will be an advantage (not a must as training will be provided).
