Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad seeks a Telemarketing Executive to drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. The role involves individual and team targets, and performing telemarketing duties with accuracy and timeliness.

You will represent the company professionally while collaborating with staff and external contacts to satisfy clients and help achieve company goals. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

Customer-focused and bottom line performance-driven personality.
Strong command of English and the ability to speak other languages/dialects will be an added advantage.
Pleasant personality and able to work with minimum supervision and independently.
Willing to work long hours, flexible working hours and weekends/holidays.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

To achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
To achieve individual targets as well as team targets.
Telemarketing duties performed accurately and on time.
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
Work with all personnel and external contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals.
Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions.
