Job description

Responsible for doing tele-sales for the company’s products.

To explain the company’s product offerings, promote products, and pre-qualify prospects based on specific criteria.

Ensure daily and monthly productivity targets are achieved and sales performance indicators set by management are exceeded.

Stay informed about competitive issues, products, and the financial market, and actively participate in providing feedback during discussions.

Work closely with the Manager to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve (and if possible, exceed) targets through telesales calls.

Manage day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving to meet sales productivity and financial goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

Candidate must possess at least a SPM/'O' Level, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree.

Minimum of 1 or 2 years of relevant work experience.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred, as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Good personality, ability to work under pressure, and a positive attitude are essential.

Self-motivated, dynamic, proactive, with strong initiative and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results.

Own transportation is required.
