About the role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Telemarketing professional to join our dynamic team at Primiertel Sdn Bhd. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for outbound sales calls, engaging with potential customers and closing deals to contribute to the company's growth. This is a full-time position based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

What you'll be doing

  • Making outbound sales calls to prospective customers
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable products or services
  • Effectively communicating the features and benefits of our offerings
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a call centre or telemarketing environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • A driven and competitive mindset with the ability to work well in a team
  • Proficiency in handling customer queries and providing high-quality customer service
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
