What You’ll Do

• Proactively reach out to potential customers by phone to promote our products and services.
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailor-made solutions.
• Build lasting relationships to boost customer loyalty and sales.
• Record and track customer interactions to ensure follow-ups and success.
• Partner with the sales team to smash sales targets together.
• Continuously sharpen your knowledge of our offerings to deliver the best customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing (call centre background preferred).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
• Strong problem-solving and resilience in handling objections.
• Team player with a positive, target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
