A leading company seeks a proactive Telemarketer & Customer Service Coordinator to drive sales and program coordination efforts. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telemarketer & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team! This role combines sales activities with administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of our programs. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy engaging with people, and have a strong sense of organization, we’d love to hear from you!
Salary: RM2,500 – RM2,800 per month
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and secure appointments.
Build relationships, understand customer needs, and generate leads.
Schedule appointments and assist the sales team with follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Customer Service Coordination
Manage and execute according to the workshop: Coordinate program registration, including workshop preparation, lesson scheduling, and WhatsApp group management, to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM): participant records, update attendance, and ensure all required documents are organized in Google Drive.
Facilitate communication between participants, mentors, and facilitators via email and WhatsApp.
Ensure all reports (facilitator, coach, attendance) are updated and accessible to relevant team members.
