We are looking for a candidate with a strong software development background who is passionate about building scalable systems to lead our Technology Development team. You will play a critical role in transforming our digital platforms—from e-commerce to AI-powered health solutions.

What You’ll Lead and Build

• Own the architecture, development, and delivery of key platforms, including our e-commerce engine, customer wellness portal, and future AI integrations.
• Plan and execute the software roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Frontend: React.js, HTML5
• Cloud: Azure (CI/CD, DevOps pipeline), scalable API integrations
• External Systems: Shopify, CRM, third-party logistics, and payment gateways
• Methodology: Agile Scrum, two-week sprints
• System Performance & Security: Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of software applications. Troubleshoot and optimize system performance across a growing user base. Manage performance of technology vendors and partners
• Lead and mentor a team of software developers and system supports. Promote ICT best practices and a culture of ownership, learning, and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in software development, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud; familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and systems thinking skills.
• Experience in software development and project delivery.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passionate about wellness and using technology to improve lives.
