Job description

Responsibilities
  • Electrical & Instrumentation installations such as wiring for instruments, valves, control panels, etc.
  • Troubleshoot instruments, valves, and control panel faults.
  • Perform basic electrical testing works.
  • Maintain onsite safety and quality awareness.
  • Collaborate with our installers for T&C.
  • Conduct panel FAT and full loop tests at field sites during testing, and support SAT.
  • Perform occasional ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Follow up on projects from start to post-completion.
  • Provide full support to clients for maintenance and after-sales support.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in construction site environments and at client’s completed production plants.
  • Basic understanding of electrical single-line diagrams.
  • Electrical wiring and technical experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot E&I faults and provide solutions.
  • Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel within Malaysia to support troubleshooting/projects as assigned by the team lead.
  • Opportunities to attend training in Singapore and Malaysia as assigned.
  • Good attitude, self-discipline, and ability to work respectfully within a team.
  • Familiarity with control & instruments.
  • Knowledge of BMS / FMCS systems.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of multimeters.
  • Ability to work on-site in hot and dusty environments.
  • Willingness to work overtime and respond to urgent emergency breakdowns on weekends and public holidays.
