Job Description

This role ensures that operations achieve optimum performance and efficiency through daily maintenance by the team. It involves implementing consistent monitoring and reviewing of operational processes to maintain efficiency and productivity, ensuring the centre and building are in excellent condition, providing a good environment for customers, tenants, and co-workers, and practicing a long-term maintenance plan.

Your Responsibilities

1. Maintain, service, and repair all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building aesthetic/structure, and gas systems to keep them in good working condition.
2. Perform regular checks of the facilities and comply with CMMS requirements.
3. Provide a safe, clean, and functional environment, offering comprehensive maintenance services for building assets.
4. Monitor and ensure service providers perform their duties according to contractual scope.
5. Contribute to planning, implementing, and monitoring preventive measures for all building systems, including ACMV, CMMS, BMS, fire protection, CCTV, and others.
6. Support the Safety & Security Officer in maintaining safety equipment.
7. Oversee contractors and consultants, ensuring timely delivery of services and reporting completion to management.
8. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

• Certificate in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in a technical field.
• Proactive, team-oriented, organized, able to work under pressure, customer-focused, and willing to work in shifts.
• Relevant trade certificates such as Wireman, Building Technology, etc.
• Ability to read and understand M&E, Civil & Architectural, Plumbing, Sanitary & Drainage, and Building Structure drawings.
• Proficient in Bahasa and English communication.
• Ability to prepare simple reports on completed work.
