This role ensures that operations achieve optimum performance and efficiency through daily maintenance by the team. It involves implementing consistent monitoring and reviewing of operational processes to maintain efficiency and productivity, ensuring the centre and building are in excellent condition, providing a good environment for customers, tenants, and co-workers, and practicing a long-term maintenance plan.
