Responsibilities include regular maintenance, compliance with safety regulations, and overseeing contractors. This function is to ensure that the operations achieve optimum performance and efficiency through daily maintenance by the team. Through implementing consistent monitoring and reviewing of our operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity in maintaining the centre and ensure the building is in shape as new, providing good environment for our customers, tenants and co-worker and practising a long-term maintenance plan.
