Proficient in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, test procedures and assembly drawing

Experienced in performing functional tests, continuity checks, and power up verification on assembled electronics system ( Rack mounted units )

Ability to use test equipment

Product testing ( Peform functional, electrical and testing on product )

Debugging and troubleshooting ( Identify and isolate product failure )

Documentation and reporting ( Maintain accurate report, root cause analysis )

Equipment maintenance ( Set up and maintain test benches, fixtures and diagnostic tools)

Fresh Grad/ 1-2 years of experienced

Experienced supporting industrial engineers in areas like time studies, layout design and production analysis is preferred

Proficiency in conducting time and motion studies, collecting cycle time and labor data

Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, mapping)

Ability to create and interpret process flow of diagram, work instruction and plan layouts

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, ERp

Experience with data collection, reporting and efficiency tracking

Process and workflow support ( Assist in studying and improving production workflow, layouts )

Time and motion studies ( Conduct time studies and work measurement to evaluate job performance and process efficiency

Data collection and analysis ( Gather and compile data on production rates, quality metric and resource usage )

Layout and equipment planning ( Assist in designing or updating factory layout for better efficiency and ergonomics

Job Requirement ( Manufacturing Engineering Technician )

Diploma/Technical Certificate

Fresh Graduate/ 1-2 experienced

Proficient in reading and intrepreting assembly drawings, wiring diagram, BOMs , and work instructor

Skill in mechanical assembly, including installing PCBs, cable harnesses, power supplies

Experienced in cable routing, torque specs and fastening methods

Familiarity with ESD safety practices and proper handling of sensitive component

Process Support ( Assist in setting up, testing and optimizing manufacturing process

Equipment operation and maintenance ( Operate and maintain production machinery and tools

Quality Control ( Conduct inspection if material, component and final product )

Data Collection and Reporting ( Collect production and process data )

Support for lean and continuous improvement

STPM/Diploma/Degree

Minimum 2 Years Experienced in supporting SMT Teams

Experienced with SPI, AOI, reflow, and screen printing machine

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work under deadlines

Generate and prepare SMT machine program

Responsible for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting

Responsible of the SMT equipment daily operations

Training ( NPM Panasonic maintenance and trouble shooting & SPI and AOI Parmi Programming

Manufacturing Capacity ( Works with production, engineering and machine operator to maintain equipment and ensure efficient operation of work centers to meet production schedules.
