Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the process engineer in achieving test yield targets.
- Maintain and qualify equipment, tools, and fixtures used in production.
- Perform periodic verification and calibration of equipment, tools, and fixtures.
- Provide technical support on processes to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Execute small improvement projects to enhance process performance and efficiency.
- Be familiar with glue weighing, mixing, and stirring requirements, and pass the skill assessment after training.
- Master the use of coupling and welding equipment, and pass the skill assessment after training.
- Meet or exceed customer expectations in compliance with the Quality Policy.
- Take responsibility for overall product yields and implement actions to improve them.
- Monitor reaction plans to improve product yield.
- Handle product documentation, such as specifications.
- Ensure product transfer readiness and activities.
- Manage revision changes of documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, ESD, cleanroom, and housekeeping guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical and Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related industry and mass production environment.
- Knowledge of glue volatilization and mixing environment requirements is preferred.
- Applicants without specific experience may be considered based on job nature, available training, and mentorship.
Good computer literacy, communication skills, and data reporting abilities are required.
