Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Electrical and Electronics or Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a mass production environment. Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the process engineer in achieving test yield targets.
• Maintain and qualify equipment, tools, and fixtures used in production.
• Perform periodic verification and calibration of equipment, tools, and fixtures.
• Provide technical support on processes to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Execute small improvement projects to enhance process performance and efficiency.
• Be familiar with glue weighing, mixing, and stirring requirements, and pass the skill assessment after training.
• Master the use of coupling and welding equipment, and pass the skill assessment after training.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations in compliance with the Quality Policy.
• Take responsibility for overall product yields and implement actions to improve them.
• Monitor reaction plans to improve product yield.
• Handle product documentation, such as specifications.
• Ensure product transfer readiness and activities.
• Manage revision changes of documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ESD, cleanroom, and housekeeping guidelines.
