About the role

Esmart Electronics Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking motivated and detail-oriented multiple positions to join our growing team in Tampoi, Johor. This full-time role will provide crucial administrative support to our business, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

The Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and machinery to ensure minimal downtime and optimal productivity. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems in a manufacturing environment.

The SMT Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment to assemble electronic components onto PCBs. This role involves ensuring the quality, efficiency, and consistency of the SMT process and related equipment.

Relevant technical certificate or diploma in electronics or other related fields is an added advantage.

Have hands on experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment and processes.

Experience in PCB assembly processes and components.

Able to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and blueprints.

Familiar with SMT soldering techniques, software and equipment.
