Job summary

Gamuda Group recherche un technicien de production pour assurer l'efficacité et la sécurité des opérations de production à Sepang. Le poste implique la supervision des activités quotidiennes de production, le maintien des normes de qualité et la formation de nouveaux membres de l'équipe. Un SPM ou diplôme équivalent est requis, ainsi qu'une bonne capacité à réaliser des calculs mathématiques et à préparer des rapports en anglais.

Qualifications

• Préférence pour un an d'expérience de travail connexe.
• Qualification requise au minimum SPM/ SKM/Diploma ou équivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assurer la sécurité et l'ordre dans la zone de production.
• Former les nouveaux membres de l'équipe de production.
• Moniter les matériaux pour respecter les instructions de travail standard.

Responsible for the daily production activities on the shop floor. Responsible for the break relief, daily monitoring of quality/adherence to standards, and inventory transactions.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure the production area is maintained in a safe and hazard free condition by adhering to written policies and procedures.

· To ensure products are produced with high efficiency and quality.

· To ensure production machines, equipment and work floor is clean, safe and well maintain

· Monitor materials and processes to adhere to Standard Works Instruction (SWI).

· Identify and report non-conformance conditions.

· Provide training to new production team member as per approved SWI.

· Obtain needed information or decisions from supervisor or engineers on problems that come up during the shift.

· To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.

· Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications

· SPM/ SKM/Diploma or any relevant qualification.

· Preferably one year of related working experience

• Able to prepare simple report in English
