Job description

Position: Photocopier Technician

Key Responsibility:

• Install, configure, and test photocopiers and multifunction devices at customer sites.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and servicing on copiers and printers to ensure optimal operation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on proper equipment use.
• Respond promptly to service calls and complete jobs in a timely manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management

Requirement:

• SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training will be provided)
• Basic troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills
• Interest in copier/printer servicing (Ricoh and/or Epson is an advantage)
• Willing to learn and work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Possess valid Malaysian driving license (Class D)
• Able to travel to customer sites
• Can communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Salary Range:

• RM1800 - RM2500
