Job description

Responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, and maintenance & repair tasks related to water quality monitoring instruments.

Close collaboration with internal teams and external customers to ensure the efficient functioning of the instruments.

Responsible for on-site calibration service jobs and preparing reports for calibration tasks.

Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management from time to time.

Training will be provided.
