Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, piping, civil, and mechanical systems operate smoothly.
  • Carry out inspections and minor repairs, and provide reports to the Facility Manager.
  • Monitor maintenance work by subcontractors, including repairs, installations, modifications, or upgrades.
  • Prepare reports on damages and defects related to mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural works.
  • Ensure daily maintenance runs smoothly with minimal complaints.
  • Inspect, record, and monitor parts and safety, ensuring sufficient stock at all times.
  • Respond to Facility Manager's instructions regarding damages, and report on actions taken.
  • Implement safety precautions and measures to prevent hazards.
  • Ensure all complaints are addressed and resolved.
Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities:
  • Follow OH&S policies and procedures, and ensure safety compliance.
  • Adhere to occupational health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Be familiar with property safety, first aid, fire, and emergency procedures; operate equipment safely.
  • Take action to correct hazards and notify supervisors of dangers.
  • Log security incidents and accidents as per company requirements.
Job Requirements:
  • Certificate from polytechnic, SPMV, or SKM Cert in Mechanical field.
