Job description

The Technician - Room Division is responsible for ensuring that all rooms, public areas, and equipment within the property are functioning efficiently, safely, and up to the property’s standards. This includes routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in guest rooms and other areas of the hotel or facility. The technician ensures a high level of guest satisfaction by proactively managing maintenance requests, ensuring the proper functioning of all room equipment, and contributing to overall facility upkeep.

  • Proven experience in general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) in a hotel or facility environment.
  • Knowledge of maintenance and repair of guest room systems and equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of safety and health regulations.
