Job description

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, in any field.
• Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Skills Needed: Willing to be hands-on for machine troubleshooting.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Applicants must be willing to work in SENAI.

Job Responsibilities:

Successful candidates will be offered a full-time permanent job under V.S. Industry Berhad. Candidates will be assigned to the Production/ Maintenance/ MES/ Injection/ Lab/ CMM/ Quality/ Test department that relates to their education and experience.

1. Production Technician

• Involved in structure analysis and rejected part improvement.
• Identify and resolve technical machine and tester problems, and suggest continuous improvements.
• Maintain jig and fixture conditions according to instructions.
• Analyze customer return samples.

2. Maintenance Technician

• Attend to machine breakdowns and troubleshooting.
• Conduct preventive maintenance.
• Repair equipment such as chiller, MTC, dehumidifier, hydraulic power pack, etc.
• Conduct 5S activities at the workplace.
• Support improvement project activities.

3. MES Technician

• Install hardware like computers on production lines.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues.
• Diagnose technical issues, including network configuration.
• Attend to MES-related issues.
• Maintain store hardware in good condition.

4. Injection Technician

• Ensure effective communication within the injection department.
• Conduct experiments to improve product quality.
• Review customer specifications with the project team.
• Follow up on jig and fixture requirements during testing.
• Plan and schedule jig and fixture verification.

5. Lab Technician

• Conduct chemical concentration checks.
• Perform wastewater chemical tests.
• Monitor pH, conductivity, and temperature of DI water.
• Assist in experiments for process improvements.
• Prepare chemical reagents.

6. CMM Technician

• Program CMM/Smart scope for measurements.
• Prepare and maintain measurement reports.
• Measure full parts for ISIR submissions.
• Maintain measuring equipment.
• Report issues to engineers.

7. Quality Technician

• Measure raw parts and verify against drawings.
• Monitor and analyze ultrasonic parts daily.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Work with engineers on improvements.
• Update daily data.

8. Test Technician

• Maintain main line testers and reduce downtime.
• Support line setup and model changes.
• Perform 5S activities for testers.
• Monitor yield and tester performance.
• Control spare parts inventory and provide feedback.
