Technician - Engineering, Plant & Process

To Carry out breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and improvement projects for all areas inside Hartalega NGC premises. (Production lines, QA depart, Warehouse, Utilities, Compounding, and Offices)

To do all kind electrical panel isolation, carry out repair, troubleshooting wiring work and Machine.

To perform LOTO for all isolation work and ready for on-call duty after working hours.

To troubleshooting machine and carry out repair and modification if necessary.

To ensure all documents are done and kept properly in compliance with ISO and to keep track of all records (Checklists, commissioning reports, etc.)

To ensure all works/jobs are standard compliance.

To perform annual maintenance execution work and complete on time

To attend all training held and customized to them

Execute all activities related to inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and testing of GSR, ASM, glove puller, CDS machines, vision systems, APM, PLC controllers, sensor systems, and other plant automation equipment.

Participate in continuous improvement plans and promptly assist with any machine or equipment breakdowns to ensure smooth plant operations.

To report on the GSR, ASM, glove puller, CDS machines, vision systems, APM and other automation systems’ matters including repairs, personnel need, spare parts, and supplies.

To learn operational knowledge of GSR, ASM, glove puller, CDS machines, vision systems, APM and other automation control systems and instrumentation of the plant.

To be involved in troubleshooting of control & instrumentation equipment of production lines, utilities, compounding and machinery.

To achieve production line breakdown time target for the plant.

To perform 5S practice in workshop and factory area & to contribute to Kaizen event or Kaizen program for continuous improvements.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a SKM Certificates or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Control Instrumentation and Mechatronic.

Preferable to have 1-2 years’ experience in electrical/mechanical related industry.

Fresh graduates with a good attitude are welcome

Specializing in Wiring, Electrical Maintenance, Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) equivalent from manufacturing background.

Required language(s): Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
