Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Responsible for the operations and maintenance of airport engineering equipment, installations, and facilities to ensure system serviceability and availability.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Supervise and ensure full execution of the SAP System (Plant Maintenance Module).
• Provide guidance, advice, and direction to subordinates to promote high standards of maintenance, efficiency, productivity, teamwork, quality services, and personnel development.
• Revise PPM checklists, task lists, master data, analyze technical reports, identify trends in facility and equipment breakdowns, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Review the performance of facilities and systems, providing input and recommendations for upgrades or refurbishments.
• Establish new contracts, manage, and ensure contractors deliver the required service standards in outsourcing work.
• Execute master maintenance plans and schedules, and implement approved capital and operating budgets.
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and MAHB policies and procedures.

Skills

• Analyze technical reports, identify trends in facility and equipment breakdowns, and recommend continuous improvement actions.
• Assess cost implications of operations, maintenance, and repairs, and recommend budget adjustments.
• Stay updated with the latest industry technologies.
• Plan and ensure high standards of maintenance work.

Relevant Industries

• At least 1 year of experience in the airport industry or
• Background in Engineering, Technical fields, or hold Certificate/SKM/IKBN qualifications.

Education

• Certificate/SKM in Engineering or related technical fields.
