Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Responsible for the operations and maintenance of airport engineering equipment, installations, and facilities to ensure system serviceability and availability.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

1. Supervise and ensure the full execution of the SAP System (Plant Maintenance Module).
2. Provide guidance, advice, and direction to all subordinates to promote high standards of maintenance culture, efficiency, productivity, teamwork, quality services, and personnel development.
3. Revise PPM checklists, task lists, master data, and analyze technical reports to identify trends in facilities and equipment breakdowns, recommending continuous improvements.
4. Review the performance of facilities and systems, providing input and recommendations for upgrades or refurbishment.
5. Establish new contracts, manage, and ensure contractors deliver the required service standards as per contractual agreements for outsourced work.
6. Execute master maintenance plans and schedules, and oversee the implementation of approved capital and operational budgets.
7. Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and MAHB policies and procedures.

Skills

• SPM/SPMV or STPM with SKM (Level II) and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
