Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Execute and supervise the operation and maintenance works, ensuring they meet specified standards, best practices, and quality requirements to guarantee the serviceability and reliability of facilities, as well as operational efficiency and cost optimization.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Adhere to and execute operation and maintenance procedures to ensure maximum system availability and reliability.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, guidelines, local and international regulations, quality management systems, EMS, OHSAS, Green Globe 21, and other certifications.
• Maintain accurate data and information for reporting on airport systems and facilities.
• Assist in preparing and implementing the annual budget (OPEX and CAPEX).
• Develop staff competency and skills to improve operational and maintenance effectiveness.
• Stay updated on new technologies to plan for future enhancements and efficiency improvements of airport systems and facilities.
• Participate in special projects to ensure requirements are properly addressed.
• Perform troubleshooting efficiently during system crises and emergencies.
• Supervise project and contract management.
• Maintain technical data for continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure timely entry of operation and maintenance data.
• Optimize the use of available resources for operations and maintenance activities.
• Fully utilize IT tools such as SAP and CMMS.
• Enhance skills and people development at airports.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry technologies and best practices.

Relevant Industries

• Fresh graduates with a Diploma in Engineering/Technical fields; or
• SPM/SPMV or STPM with SKM (Level II) and at least 3 years of related experience; or
• SPM/SPMV with a minimum of 5 years of related experience
