Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Act as the main point of contact for any complaints related to HVAC systems, primarily concerning electrical services, from end users or clients.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform scheduled preventive maintenance for electrical components within HVAC systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting and performing corrective maintenance for electrical services in HVAC systems when necessary.
• Support the Building Leader with daily operational tasks and responsibilities.
• Provide assistance to other teams as and when required to ensure smooth operations.
• Offer support to other maintenance teams when additional manpower is needed.
• Supervise service contractors to ensure work is completed according to standards and timelines.
• Assist the Building Leader in liaising and coordinating with vendors and clients on operational matters.
• Carry out any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or company.
• Ensure all duties are performed in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Min qualification: SPM
• Chargeman Certificate (minimum A1 to A4) is required.
• Specialized in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on HVAC systems.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance or manufacturing environments.
