Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and execute work orders for corrective and programmed maintenance of electrical services, including low voltage systems, luminaires, electrical equipment, earthing system, generator sets, extra low voltage, and uninterruptible power supply.
2. Perform regular checks on all low voltage systems in accordance with the Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) regulations.
3. Supervise repairs and maintenance of all electrical breakdowns of the LV system.
4. Ensure the efficient operation of all electrical and mechanical installations such as electrical power supply and distribution, lighting, fire protection, air conditioning, water supply, standby generators, and building maintenance services.
5. Maintain safety and security of all mechanical and electrical rooms, including standby generator sets, LV switch rooms, chiller plants, water supply pump rooms, and switch rooms.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or company.

Job Requirements:

1. Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a Class A4 Chargeman Certificate.
2. Minimum of five (5) years experience in property or facilities management.
3. Good knowledge of M&E systems applicable to high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships.
5. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written.
6. Computer literacy.
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, reliable, and proactive.
