Job description

This program is designed for fresh graduates holding a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus in Mechatronics or Electronics. Degree holders in the same disciplines who are interested in this exciting opportunity are also highly encouraged to apply.

What You Will Learn:

• Lead Maintenance Excellence: Take charge of both preventive and corrective maintenance for a wide range of cutting-edge manual and automatic welding equipment, including their accessories, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Hands-On Equipment Refurbishment: Play an active role in preparing equipment in our workshop, contributing directly to project readiness and operational efficiency.
• Master Our Technology: Gain in-depth knowledge of Serimax equipment, becoming a go-to expert in the operation and maintenance.
• Diagnose & Solve Technical Issues: Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment breakdowns, and provide clear, actionable reports to support continuous improvement.
• Train & Empower Operators: Share your expertise by training operators on the proper use and care of the equipment under your responsibility, helping to build a skilled and confident team.
• Support Safe & Efficient Operations: Participate in job planning (WRA procedures), toolbox meetings, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Champion Safety & Quality: Proactively report any HSE hazards or non-conforming parts/equipment to your manager or team leader, contributing to a culture of safety and quality.
• Collaborate on Equipment Logistics: Assist the logistics team with the mobilization, demobilization, and transfer of equipment to ensure smooth project execution.

What You Need to Have :

• Certificate/Diploma in Mechatronics / Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge in mechatronics, electronic and electrical.
• Basic knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics and machining is an advantage.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly focused and drives to set ambitious objectives for himself and his co-workers
• Show integrity, tenacity, resilience, and adaptability in complex situations and often changing environments
• Able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines
• Demonstrate good English and Malay communication skills
