Job summary

A leading equipment servicing company in Johor Bahru is looking for a skilled technician to service and repair machinery including boom lifts and forklifts. Candidates should have a Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, hands-on experience with MEWP, and strong troubleshooting skills. The role involves both workshop and fieldwork, requiring collaboration with the operations team to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts.

Perform repair and maintenance work both at the workshop and at customer sites.

Recommend effective solutions and collaborate with the operations team to resolve technical issues.

Carry out any other duties assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) or Manager.

Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms), construction machinery, or similar equipment.

Good understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems in machinery.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Possess a valid driving license.

Responsible, committed, and able to work independently or in a team.
