• Must possess a Professional Certificate or relevant qualification.
• Preferably 1 year of automotive work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive service and repairs as per instructions.
• Assist in ensuring vehicles are roadworthy and report defects.

Job description

To perform efficient preventive / service / repairs and replacement as per Repair Order instruction and within the flat rate time.

To meet target in labour sales, productivity, efficiency and labour utility.

To assist Technical Leader/Team Leader in ensuring that vehicle are in roadworthy condition by reporting defect spotted during the course of repair.

To ensure the workbay / area designated is maintained neatness and cleanliness.

Assist and contribute in the achievement of the overall customer satisfaction in the outlet.

To assist the ESH team in ensuring the smooth disposal and elimination of waste generated by the service centre.

To carry out any additional task assigned by immediate superior with full cooperation.

To participate in 5S activity, Safety Activity, Kaizen activity conduct by management outlet.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate (e.g SKM Level 1, 2 or 3) or relevant qualification.

Preferably candidate with minimum 1 year of basic automotive work experience.

Candidate must be able to conduct minor and major service jobs with basic trouble shooting skill.

Candidate must be able to use the basic diagnostic tools and general repair tools in the workshop in order to capture accurate readings and measurement effectively.

Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Able to work on Saturday.

Applicants must be willing to work in Sitiawan.
