Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six-floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is looking for a motivated and energetic Technician 3 who shares a passion for providing excellent service!

This critical role is responsible for carrying out any scheduled or directed maintenance request in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Responsibilities

• Carries out any maintenance as scheduled.
• Handles work orders and is able to work across the disciplines of Engineering, including but not limited to, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment maintenance, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and Electrical maintenance.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance.
• Maintains logs on movement and inventory of stock items and tools.
• Close out work orders and ensure minimal impact on the guest.
• Above all else provide quality service that ensures guest satisfaction.
• Answers inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner and ensures the smooth running of the shifts.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the Engineering operations.
• Minimum of 1-2 year of experience as a in a similar role in an international hotel or resort.
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs.
• Certificate in related discipline.
• Able to work a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as per business demands and needs.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
