Job summary

A leading medical technology firm in Bayan Lepas seeks a candidate to provide engineering support. You will assist in design tasks, conduct testing and assembly, and maintain project documentation. The ideal applicant should possess keen attention to detail and skills in basic measurements and testing. This is an onsite position with a focus on research and development projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in the design of systems and resolution of design or technical problems.
• Support engineers in conducting testing, assembly, sample builds, and documentation.
• Monitor and coordinate sample build activities for research projects.
• Maintain tracking records and documentation for working instructions and safety data sheets.
• Generate measurement/test report write-ups using measurement tools.

-Assist engineers in the design of systems and the resolution of design or technical problems.
- Support engineers in development/technical projects in conducting testing, assembly, sample build, packaging and
documentation.
- Assist engineers to monitor and coordinate the sample build activities for research and development project in the
samples production area.
- Support project team in the aspect of project-related documentation.

- Assist in maintaining tracking records and documentation for working instructions, safety data sheets, preventive
maintenance, and other related documents.

- Provide support to project teams in terms of technical related task.

- Perform basic measurements or testing on molded and assembly components using measurement tools, such as smart
scope, caliper, tensile machine, and test jig. Upon completion, generate measurement/test report write-ups.
