Sandisk in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a hands-on Wafer Sort Technician to sustain day-to-day line operations, perform prober card maintenance, PM and conversions, and support yield improvements.

You will troubleshoot, perform 5-why analyses, and coordinate with process engineering to address low-yield triggers. Overtime work may be required to keep line running and meet production targets.

Qualificações

• Be responsible for Wafer sort equipment day to day line sustaining.
• Prober card maintenance, PM and conversion.
• Able to hands on and provide systematic problem analysis.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze complex problems and 5 why analysis.
• Be available for overtime work when needed.
• Experience in PM and major down troubleshooting.
• Responsible to liaise with process engineering team for low yield triggering.
