• Able to work 12 hours rotating shift

• Able to perform all QC Gates and monitors.
• Hands on experience in SEM, Wire Bond, Die Attach, Monitors, 3rd opt, SMT would be an added advantage.
• Perform FOL monthly product characteristic monitor.

• Candidate must possess a minimum qualification of a diploma from a recognized institution
• Able to work 12 hours rotating shift
• Willing to wear jumpsuit, face mask, ear plug and use microscope while working

• Hands on experience in Trim and Form, X-Ray, Pick and Place, Strip Visual, Final Visual, Packing, CSAM would be an added advantage.
• Familiar in decap procedure would be an added advantage.

• Hands on experience in Final Visual, Packing, X-Ray, Pick and Place + Computer Knowledge would be an added advantage.
