- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- The Customer Services Technician (CST) is primarily responsible for delivering excellent customer service. The goal is to drive success by improving customer satisfaction, maximizing customer retention, and increasing profitability.
- The CST will actively participate in discussions across departments such as Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Customer Services, ensuring timeliness and effectiveness of the Customer Services function.
- This role will be heavily customer-facing, and the CST will represent Dedienne Aerospace, embodying its brand, ethics, and vision.
- Provide service and customer support in-house, during field visits, or dispatches with tact and courtesy.
- Responsible for quality on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, modification, and testing tasks at customers’ sites.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
- Practice continuous improvement by staying updated on new products, services, equipment modifications, maintenance, and related technical information.
- Take initiative to promote the organization’s products and services during field visits or dispatches.
- Conduct technical training for internal staff and external customers.
- Verify incoming goods through visual and technical inspection, ensuring they meet purchase order specifications and conformance standards, including material identification, testing, and measuring.
- Tag and locate all incoming materials for inspection and storage.
- Determine storage methods, identification, and stock locations considering commodity, size, weight, turnover, and space constraints.
- Pick requested stock materials using electronic pick lists or verbal requests, and deliver manually or via forklift, adhering to weight and body limitations.
- Package stock and non-stock materials according to procedures for shipping.
- Arrange for shipping of materials or non-conformance receipts via vendor trucks, air, sea, or land freight following established procedures.
- Conduct stock-taking to ensure accurate inventories.
- Assist with logistical arrangements, documentation, and filing.
- Maintain storage and filing of all operational paperwork.
- Provide training for employees.
- Ensure compliance with EPF and SOCSO regulations.
