About The Job

For our Electrolux Professional Laundry team in Malaysia, we are looking for a Service Technician responsible for providing technical support activities to ensure excellence in after-sales services. The role also involves delivering technical product training to internal teams, customers, and third parties to enhance product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Technical Support:

  • Provide on-site technical support for customers as needed.
  • Manage accredited services team by implementing evaluation programs to define accreditation standards for technical skills.
  • Conduct audits and evaluations of dealer and accredited service teams to ensure they meet service capability requirements.

Training:

  • Conduct technical support and product knowledge training for customers, dealer teams, and accredited service providers according to training plans and as needed.

Reporting:

  • Prepare technical intervention reports.
  • Provide monthly feedback reports on product performance and issues from customers, dealers, and sales teams.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Technical knowledge and expertise with similar products.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade external parties to adopt new practices, approaches, and solutions.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar industry.
