Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an automotive service technician to perform service repair and maintenance on our products sold. You will record repair causes and corrections in the Repair Order and request parts for service jobs as needed.

You will complete maintenance documents, study service literature, and ensure safe use and storage of diagnostic, special, and garage tools and equipment. A Diploma in Automotive Engineering or MLVK 3 and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• MLVK 3 or Diploma in Automotive Engineering major Electrical & Electronic.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in an automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service repair / maintenance jobs on our products sold.
• Record repair cause and correction done on the vehicle in Repair Order.
• Request parts for service job and return (used parts) after completing each job.
• Complete the necessary documents when carrying out maintenance and repairs.
• Self-development in all service literatures and libraries of our product.
• Ensure the safe usage and storage of diagnostic, special and garage tools and equipment.
