1) To carry out routine maintenance and repair works for equipment.

2) To carry out routine maintenance according to the monthly maintenance schedule prepared by the Supervisor.

3) To attend to any breakdowns or traps instructed by the Supervisor.

4) To carry out rectification works for defects/comments highlighted by the JKKP Inspector.

5) To assist with the JKKP second schedule inspection for servicing job sites.

6) Report daily activities, including call-backs, shutdowns, and service units, to the Supervisor.

7) Ensure timely submission of servicing, breakdown, and repair/replacement job sheets.

8) Report to immediate superior any unresolved problems.

9) Perform all other work as assigned.

10) Receive and act on instructions from the Manager, Operation, or delegated personnel.

Requirements:

- 3 years’ experience in the elevator industry.

- SPM / Professional Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or related fields.

- Working knowledge of the lift and escalator industry.

- Experience in providing field technical services.

- Valid B2 driving license.
