Job summary

Join a leading bottled water producer in Malaysia as a Machine Technician. In this role, you will perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of various blowing machines, supporting planned maintenance and ensuring machine reliability. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in engineering, relevant experience in the food & beverage industry, and strong technical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in machine maintenance.
• Preferred experience in Food & Beverage industry.
• Capable of conducting RCA presentations.

Job description

Perform hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance of blowing machines:

• Krones (K10, K12)
• Sidel (SBO2, SBO6, SBO8)
• KHS
• Newamstar

Support Planned Maintenance (PM) activities and ensure machine reliability.

Assist in machine changeovers, adjustments, and fine-tuning.

Respond to breakdowns and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and part usage logs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
• Preferred experience in Food & Beverage industry with blowing machine operations
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to analyze machine issues and apply solutions effectively
• Capable of conducting and supporting RCA presentations
• Ability to manage spare parts inventory and assist in part purchasing
