Responsibilities

• Handle daily machine operation based on schedule plan.
• Carry out maintenance checklist.
• Perform machinery repair and conversion.
• Support production to run machine when machine operator is off-duty.
• Perform machine and equipment preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure machines are in good condition.
• Carry out problem solving & troubleshooting during downtime or production rejection.
• Understand production specifications to ensure machines produce good parts consistently.
• Closely follow up with production supervisor to ensure machine conversion meets expectations.
• Work as a team and sincerely with work assignments given by superiors, maintaining momentum in learning and effort in daily tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent is an advantage.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Availability for both day and night shifts on a rotating basis (7 AM - 7 PM / 7 PM - 7 AM).
