Job Content:
Daily Vehicle Handling
- Accurate and timely performance of all work instructions stipulated in repair orders assigned by job controllers.
- Achieve and maintain high levels of quality, productivity, and efficiency; meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets; and maintain low rates of comeback repairs or complaints.
- Responsible for vehicle cleanliness, security, and safety while in the service centre.
- Immediately inform service foremen of any work delays if jobs cannot meet the actual flat rate time.
Operations
- Attend daily morning briefings to stay updated on workshop developments and business figures.
- Meet minimum efficiency, productivity, and utilization targets.
- Ensure proper tagging and documentation of warranty defective parts, including daily audits and arrangements.
- Follow work safety rules, including proper use of shop tools, safety devices, and maintaining workshop cleanliness and orderliness.
Workshop Tools and Equipment
- Care for and maintain workshop tools and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper usage.
- Keep tools, facilities, and the workshop environment clean and organized at all times.
Others
- Uphold the company's standards for ethical practices, professional image, customer service, and community relations.
- Ensure electrical, air, and water appliances are turned off during breaks and after work hours.
- Assist other technicians as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with legal requirements, ensuring environment, safety, and health standards are met.
