Job Description:

1. Record and carry out preventive measurements for all machineries at plant.
2. Receive work order and do repair work. Keep record for affected time loss calculation.
3. Order spare parts for machineries at production lines, office, rebar yard and batching plant.
4. Repair and carry out services according to daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly.
5. Manage maintenance team for all kind of preventive, repair and maintenance works.
6. Special attention on gensets. Daily inspection and maintenance to avoid any breakdown.
7. Prepare daily reports & maintain accurate downtime records for future analysis to incorporate into preventive maintenance & schedule maintenance with aims to reduce repetitive cases.
8. Spare parts maintenance: Ensure all critical spare parts available to minimize downtime of critical machineries like batching plant, cranes, stirrup machine, genset that are affecting daily production.
9. Equipment downtime to keep below 1%.
10. Establish Preventive Maintenance master plan for all equipment; daily, weekly, month & yearly.
11. Establish equipment health, critical spare parts & maintain inventory in accordance to the need to maintain downtime below 1%.

Job Requirements:

1. License: A1 for Chargemen
2. At least 2 to 3 years experiences in related field

Salary Range:

1. From RM3500 to RM4500 (depend to working experience)
