Job Requirements

• Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstrate strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in basic software applications.
• Have a foundational understanding of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) principles and systems.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Possess strong analytical skills to interpret technical data and identify potential solutions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in mathematics for calculations related to HVAC systems and equipment.
• Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
• Be proactive in equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Have competency in hardware repair, including troubleshooting and fixing mechanical and electrical components.
• Willing to work on-site in Kulai and adapt to a full-time position.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on air conditioning systems, identifying and resolving issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC equipment, determining root causes and implementing solutions.
• Perform hardware repairs and replacements on air conditioning units, adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities using computer literacy skills.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to develop preventative maintenance schedules.
• Assist in the installation of new air conditioning systems, ensuring proper setup according to specifications.
